Sean was extremely helpful and polite with the purchase of my Checkpoint. He gave unbiased opinions on what specifications I should include. He correctly fitted me with the right size bike and ensured everything was perfect upon delivery. Good old fashioned customer service at its best.

Very helpful service. I purchased a bike for my son in 2021 & found the advice was great. Only just got around to having it serviced for the first time & by chance was able to take the bike in same day. Within an hour it was ready to pick up again. I was impressed that they would still honour the first free service despite the fact that so much time had lapsed.

5 stars to Sean and his team on creating a peak bike shop experience.Awesome bikes, the kids Trek’s have been brilliant. And the recent service on my MTB by Gary has worked wonders on the squeaky bike. Excellent booking system, flexibility when my plans to drop off changes and awesome communication from Gary at each step of the bike service.
