attended store to swap a faulty camera and made it difficult and had no idea how to work through the process of exchange. While seeking a replacement camera my wife asked for advice and the lady serving stated “ I don’t know, cause I have older kids” very blatantly and didn’t care to help. She proceeded to grab the Manager and she said “ I don’t know anything about them either”. Complete lack of product knowledge and lack of care. Understand that you may not know everything, however its the same as working in a car yard and telling the prospective buyer you don’t know how to drive.

Amazing service!A huge thank you to Brie for helping us first time parents with all our questions and needs. We were overwhelmed upon walking in but Brie helped us every step of the way and we left feeling great!Brie helped us choose all our items and had excellent advice and knowledge around all products.

Never met a more ruder store manager in my life! All because I returned a faulty item!Silvia is the most rudest manger/ retail worker I have ever met in my life !!Belittled her staff in front of my self other customers not to mention she verbally attacked me because of an item that was faulty and NOT my fault !!!I returned at item Silvia did not want to replace or look into it just made out I didn’t know how to use the product when infact that is not the case! She also lied and said they had no more in stock and couldn’t replace it!It took a staff member of the Bankstown store to contact the local area manager just to get her to replace an item which in fact was in stock!! And she still didn’t replace it she sent me home with the faulty one.I have spent over 10k at baby bunting setting up my nursery for my first child and that’s how I get treated!Service at shellharbour from the manager is disgusting and they do not care as they know there are no other baby stores in the Illawarra so you have no choice but to shop there.Honestly customers go to Bankstown staff are extremely helpful and nothing is an issue!! Also they have a maxi cosi capsule specialist in store that helped me so much with picking the perfect capsule to suit my pram !!After the service from Silvia I am seeking at ombudsman and thinking of contacting A current Affair because I am that furious with Silvia and her customer service dictating to her staff to lie and then tells me “my staff aren’t trained and don’t know what they are talking about!!Wow as a store manager myself I know how the system works I know my rights and I shouldn’t need to it was a simple fault in the item but Silvia wants to abuse customers and put down her staff.How dare you treat customers including pregnant women like this !!Disgusting she has no customer service skills or self respect, have some integrity on your manner and appearance to the public do not shop at Shellharbour!!I’m so embarrassed to even step foot back instore as I was treated like a criminal like I have nothing always better to do with my time I spent 3 hours in store dealing with a return.

Massive Thankyou to Sylvia at Baby Bunting Shellharbour she was so absolutely helpful and knowledgeable when we approached her last week. My husband and I had a capsule and our bub was not liking it. We were trying to then work out what the difference was between a newborn to 4 yr car seat, and, a capsule. Sylvia was able to explain and show us everything and why the car seat would not have the same effect on bub as the capsule did. She also then gave us an exceptional price for the seat. We were able to buy the seat then and there and have it fitted. We now have a very happy bub and very happy parents. Thanks again Sylvia we really appreciated the time and patience you took with us. Highly recommend going to see Sylvia and her team there at Shellharbour especially if you need knowledge of products !

customer service severely lacking minus 5 stars. Rudeness minus 5 stars, helpfulness minus 5 stars. For a guy looking in this store for something for the kids I would appreciate some help. I ended up on my phone looking up what I needed to know, whilst the staff stood idle chatting or just walked by. I do come from sydney. Never have I ever been in a baby store and someone has walked past me and not even ask me if I need help. Luckily Taren point is better, where we go from now on

Words cannot describe how amazingly helpful Sylvia from Shellharbour was. This is my first time expecting and she helped me pick the best products and provided great advice on those products. She is absolutely amazing at her job and easy to speak with, baby bunting definitely has a gem employee there!

Emily was absolutely fantastic in helping us choose the most appropriate pram and baby carrier. Nothing was too much trouble for her even though I watched her fold and unfold and put various bits and pieces together. She was able to speak from experience and wasn’t at all pushy. She spent more than an hour with us and we weren’t even ready to buy! Great service.
