Yeah it was the day before school started and they were busy but this one BIG guy completely forgot me 2 times !!! When He went to the back room to get me a certain shoe size, and then once his co worker told him at the counter to get my size and he forgot again!!!I’d see him dawdling around the store 10 mins later each time and realise he’s forgotten. I was blown away!His co worker apologised for him and made excuses about them being busy but that’s just laziness

Ordered a couple of pairs of trainers of JD Sports. Quick and easy to order online. Delivery was within 48hrs. Highly recommend.JD is a good place to get clothes and shoes and even more stuff, and I am really liking the legging I got, oh yeh my sonneti legging that I got the label that says sonneti on them there coming off so what should I do ?Very prompt and efficient delivery.Use JD for all my sports wear for quality and rearrance of goods

Visited the store during lockdown and team in the store were managing everything so well. Great customer service! I felt very safe shopping there, will definitely come bak.

Just left the store very disappointed. Came for black Friday sales today and was told by an employee that everything in the store was 40% off. I wasted half an hour trying things I liked and told they were full price when I went to pay for them. Manager was informed of the issue however did not honour the discount despite verifying that the advice was given and incorrect.

Far better service at Footlocker or Rebel sports in Liverpool. Went into JD sports a few months ago to buy shoes for my mother, the guy helping us find her shoe size was great. The guy at the counter however, uninterested in serving me, too busy trying to chat up the female co-workers I didnt really care till i got home to find out the security tags were still on the shoes.

Very rude store. I try to call them because they showing to have the item that I am looking for. They had pick up the phone but not talking. Then after a few minutes they just hang up the phone on me. Very very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there is -5, I will give that. Today we bought the shoes from the store. But accidentally, my husband drops his air pod in the store. We realize when we reach home that if we go back, it might be too late store might close. So we try to contact by calling the store ten times no one picks or answered the call.
