The people at Jax Bayswater are fantastic, Andrew, Mark, Lisa and the team do a wonderful job with all aspects of your vehicle. They will always give you thought out and considered options when it comes to their range of tyres, and what would work well for the customer. They were super lovely to deal with and efficient with their service. They have a large waiting area complete with TV, bathroom and tables & chairs available to work on or eat off. Easy to find & handy to Takeout optons & buses.

The team here are outstanding! I discovered a slow leak in a rear tyre. I called them up at 8:40am, had the car there by 9am and was out the door and back home by 10am same day!Service from initial call through drop off and pick up was better than any service i've ever had! Everyone was kind, professional and cared for my car. The service technician used a seat cover etc so my car was left clean inside with none of the usual greasy marks, the waiting rooms were comfortable with coffee, tea, wifi etc provided. The cost of the repair was also great.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Not impressed with the tyre fitter breaking my phone holder regardless, careless is an understatement, of course negative comments are never welcomed so apart from that the tyres fitted appear to be fit for purpose.
