I have had the absolute pleasure of having the best Property Manager for the past 5 and a half years with Audrey Piperno… She is kind and empathetic and easy to get hold of when you need her … I’ve dealt with a lot of Property Managers and Audrey is by far the best I’ve had …she has set the benchmark for all Property Managers out there .. if only I could have her for my Property Manager for my next rental property … all the best Audrey and thank you again ..

Renting a property can be stressful, however with Audrey management, this has not been the case. I can relax in knowing that any issues that arise will be promptly handled. Perhaps our purchase was such a small gig compared to all the 2-3 millions houses in the area. Our experience with the agent had been ok throughout the process until the settlement. They were very responsive and friendly and easy to communicate with. Prior to settlement we were told that we can drop in at the office anytime after settlement on the day. However after settlement we were told that they couldn’t locate the keys and later said the keys are with another staff member all week (for no apparent reason) and we can’t get it until they are back. This has disturbed our plan on the day and could be easily solved by communication. It was not anyone’s fault but the situation did make the customer experience quite poor. Purchasing a property is already stressful enough and we would have really appreciated if we could get the keys without issues after we have paid and become the owner.

Professional service provided by Domenic Malgeri who provided me with proper advice about renting my property. Highly experienced in the field, available to provide sound advice and support, and proactive in his approach resulted in renting my property within 2 weeks with satisfactory outcome.
