Called about a job, told him about the issue and what time I'd be home and said he was keen. I then asked what his hourly rate was, he immediately said he was no longer interested.... there was no explanation, just a rude i'm not interested any more".I didn't ask him for a quote before looking at the job

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Joel and his team. They didn’t hesitate to travel (we live rural near Grafton), turned up on time, were efficient, and did a fantastic job installing our gas hot water and replacing some old pipes. Thanks again guys!

After getting the run-around locally i finally called this plumber in Coffs Harbour. I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism that I experienced with Joel Cutting Plumbing for the job in Nambucca Heads. Joel was instrumental over the phone and solving the problem of why our hot water system burned out, which their team was prompt to replace. Looking for a reliable plumber check them out first!

Called Joel Cutting Plumbing after getting no results from other plumbers we called. We had a major water leak requiring us to turn our water off to avoid flooding. Even though they were busy they were able to come out and do the repairs in a very prompt and professional manner. Their efforts were much appreciated and very affordable.Great job. Thank you.
