I go now and then over here but never complain about their bad service because I just can’t be bothered. But today I have to comment! Their soft serve ice cream just keeps going up n up n the size of it just decreased n decreased! We asked the stuff if they can top it up a little more n they z no so we asked the manager n she gave us the same answer n the attitude! If you want the customer to be satisfy n be happy, at least say it in a nice way! .80c is not easy to find this days ! I would be happy to not top it up if she give us a smile but she just walk off! Bad service especially the manager! This happened today on the 1/3/2023 from 4:30 pm to 5pm

Rude and ignorant staff, I was standing at the counter for five minutes, A female crew trainer looked at me turned her back “couldn’t even manage to say someone will be with you in a minute” just lent on the counter talking to back staff absolute disgraceful how can someone like this training junior staff…!!! Then to top it off I get my meal, take the lid off my coffee and I’ve only got 3/4 of a cup.I had to return to the counter and ask them to top it up with water or milk so I had a full cup. Definitely will not be returning to the store…!!!

Clean and neat restaurant. Staff were friendly and busy with their drive thru and app orders. Toilets need immediate attention. No lock on the male toilet door and overflowing cubicle. Plenty of parking. Great music too.

Order just a drink which was served under a minute which was great. However went to use their bathrooms and found that the basin and hand dryer were full of mould. Whoever cleans the bathrooms has clearly skipped these items for sometime OR the bathroom is hardly ever cleaned.

Average, at best. If you're lucky enough to notice that it's the wrong order before getting home, they'll be nice enough to fix it up for you, but unfortunately it is common practice at this one to need this scenario mentioned.I've ordered here three times and have had an issue with my order three times. Pretty disappointing.

Bought 2 Fillets of fish from this store. The bun had mould on it. Usually I don’t check and eat as is but on this day I lifted the bun to put the fish in the middle as it was half hanging. I contacted the store and spoke with Ryan who later send me email that the bun doesn’t have mould on but was from the steamer. It clearly is a mould. The store denied it was a mould. People please check your food before eating. You don’t know what grows on food which can be deadly to human body. They offered refund but that’s not a case here, acknowledging matters. Enclosed are the pictures I took.

Every time we come here our orders are messed up, and the wait times are outrageous… My mum and I visited this location around 11pm on 18/01/23 and went through drive-through, we waited 10-15 minutes to get to the food window and when our food came out the cheeseburgers we had ordered didn’t have onions, we sent them back and we got them and left, we arrived home and checked the burgers, the cheeseburgers didn’t look like they had onions so mum called up and the person who answered had an attitude and was very rude and snarky when telling her she did put onions on them and then hung up on her, she checked again and the onion was under the cheese and not the meat like usual, I got a nugget meal and my chips and nuggets were both cold and unappetising… The last and most disgusting part of this review, I noticed a hair on the cheeseburger (pics included), I tried to pull it off but it’s in the cheese, I called and no one answered so I'm leaving this instead

Every time we go there they get the orders mixed up.The hamburgers are slapped together most of the time the sauce is somewhere along the outside of the burgers..As an example . This evening they gave me a spoon with my iced chocolate..And when I question that they looked at me like I was stupid.. and yet to this day I've never come across anyone that uses a spoon to drink instead of a straw.We asked for extra Big Mac sauce in one of the burgers which was a double Big Mac... And instead they put the extra sauce in the single one and it was absolutely disgusting for the person that had to eat it.
