Fantastic customer service and incredibly helpful. I turned up as Frank was opening up on Wednesday to ask for help with changing over the pedals on my Tri bike. Frank swiftly did it all for me free of charge, as well as straightening my bike seat! Will definitely be back with any bike related matters.

Fitted new wheel on the spot at a great price. Highly recommend

Frank and the team at Albion are unbelievable. I've rung at short notice a dozen times with so many random issues and nothing is ever a problem. Frank is a bit of a godfather figure of cycling in the east, and his accumulated knowledge is second to none. He's given me so much advice on everything from bike fit, to wheels, componentry, technique, gear, and everything in between. He can be a bit gruff sometimes ( wink wink ), but he runs a bloody good local bike shop.

Frank was able to assist with a buckled wheel on short notice and did a fantastic job. I am very appreciative as I am leaving for Jindabyne tomorrow and the wheel is fixed.Frank is very experienced and knowledgeable and a great guy to have a chat with

Very reliable service and great professionalism!I had just bought a second handed bike and the chain was slipping, gears were not working properly, etc. One of the bike mechanics listened to my concerns and didn't give me fixing cost straight away; instead, he ask me to leave the bike there for a day to make a proper assessment about the issues, which gave me a good impression about how they do business. After I had the bike all fixed up, the chain was still sleeping, and then I came back there and the owner, Frank, took care of the problem straight way changing the faulty chain for a brand new one. It is a traditional bike shop that has been around since 1979, Frank is an spectacular guy and will not let you down!

Im not a super Pro-cyclist but Ive been racing for over 15 years, I had a race coming up and I when to talk with Frank (owner) looking for help, just day before to get a flight, I was concerned because my bike didn’t felt great even after a service, trying to figure it out what’s going on, he had a quick look and knew straight away what’s wrong,wheel wasn’t ridding well, cassette, etc.We changed everything, it was too risky in a race otherwiseHave no words after a service with the Extremely knowledgeable Frank and the best bike master Jorge!Bike is riding nice and smooth now..Thanks guys!

Frank, Jojo, Fran and the team are the best in the business. Forever looking after any issues I have had with my bikes - even when I didn't buy through them (a big mistake). Frank has a plethora of knowledge about training and is always generous enough to share his wisdom. Services are always top quality and very fast. Won't be going anywhere else to buy or service my bikes.

I recently had some work done at Albion & found they didn’t over-service like a nearby larger bike shop has whenever I’ve used them, & were considerably more reasonably priced.Their mechanicsare probably more experienced & handpicked too

Charged 20 dollars for an urgent cassette change onto a new wheel. Even bought additional store items as a way of saying thank you. I popped the wheel straight on for an afternoon group ride but did not realise that cassette was super loose until about mid ride. Couldnt change gears and didnt want to wreck my dura ace groupset.Had to abandon ride and call a $70 uber home.Thanks a lot. I rarely do reviews but I am livid.Will not visit again.
