I have ordered pizza with BBQ sauce and 6 wings for pickup but when I back home I found wings only have 5 and my pizza has no sauce, really disappointed.

not happy at all. me and my partner came get to get 3 for 3 deal, was told to order online only so we ordered on our phone. got the pizza & it looked terrible!! cheese looked like it was just thrown out, puts off my appetite and a waste of money!! definitely NOT coming back. really disappointing!

We have always loved pizza made by pizza hut streton but recently we have noted a huge difference in the taste and quality of pizza. Maybe the owner is changed but the quality of pizza have really gone down.Really disappointed.

If I could leave a lower score I would. Manager was extremely rude to myself when I tried to ask where my order is after 30 minutes past estimated time order would be ready. Told me to leave the store if I am unhappy and not have any food or refund. Verbally abusive store, disgusting staff members and food left outside the hot boxes for large periods of time before going to customers.Avoid this store!!! Much better Pizza Hut 2 minute down the road.

Waste time pizza, just wasted my money on buying this pizza, it’s soggy n tasteless, cheesy garlic bread hardly any cheese, I paid extra for it n still didn’t get cheese on itNot happy, I wanted to give 0 star rating but I didn’t had that option the pizza was sitting on the table for two days even the kids didn’t eat it.

This is my local pizza hut, if I could give feed back its the customer service department you guys need work on! The energy is so at a 0 every time me or my family come in, there was no smile or hello & I greeted you guys while you stared at me? The lack of help lastnight was 0/10 with my small order lastnight! Confirmed with my family the same thing I felt. The pizzas are a hit and miss here. Definitely not returning!

This is my local Pizza Hut and I swear it is the most incompetent store I have been to. Everytime, I order chilli AND garlic add-ons via the online app....there has been no garlic EVERYTIME. Even when I write in the Special Instructions" to "PLEASE ADD GARLIC"...there is no garlic. Do you never have garlic in stock at this store? Whenever I order at my partner's local Pizza Hut in Redbank Plains

I placed my order and the tracker sat on ready to be delivered for 20 minutes. 30 minutes after it was due to be delivered I had to call the shop to be told our order stuffed up. It is being made now and will be another 20 minutes. I can give you a free drink. I just want my food. No other explanation. Why is there no warning that there is going to be a delay on the app or a call from the shop to let me know?
