MOE & Co. Gungahlin

After a really tough few months and my birthday tomorrow, I wanted to treat myself to something. I walked past moe and co and decided to ask if they can fit me in for a blowdry and straighten.Jenni took over my wash half way through and was extremely gentle even though I have the thickest hair that knots easily.She took her time with the blow dry and straightening, making sure that it was perfect for me. I walked out feeling a million dollars. I just hope she will take me back for another round next time I need a blow dry as I know it’s a mission and a half - thank you so much Jenni!.

If i could select 0 stars i would. It is the worst hair styling i have had in my life. 2 people commented it looks like i have just got out of the shower!When i booked, i said i have fine hair and wanted my hair styled for a wedding. The hair dresser didn't even use styling mouse or products. Only a little hair spray at the end. I mentioned several times that it looked flat and like it would hold - perhaps tease, styling mouse or blow dry a bit? But was told the hot iron was enough. After walking out and getting into my car, 10 mins later my hair was hanging looking dreadful and i was in tears (was indoor parking, soo i hadn’t been out in the weather). I had to drive to several other shoppingg centres, and finally found one open who was shocked at what hadn't been done. As they couldn't start from scratch due to me needing to get to other appointments for the wedding, they did their best to make it look at least reasonable and teased enough to hold shape.I left disappointed (and told the hairdresser) and 30 mins later, devastated. Today was meant to be a special day and sadly wedding photos last forever.To add insult to injury, i then receive a text saying i didn’t arrive at my appointment and would i rebook?

I had my hair done yet again by the amazing girls at Gungahlin. Yesterday I had Anslie and Bec. I absolutely love my hair, anslie is so unbelievable talented. The apprentice Bec is so beautiful, and confident. She will go far in this industry, she is a valuable asset to Moe & Co. The head massage was my absolute favourite part, I nearly feel asleep. Thank you ladies for yet another great experience. Mel x

i am writing this review just by returning from service. i waited for a guy i.e previously i had a hair cut from lady terrible service. a guy named max who seems like owner of the branch. when i went there there were not much coustmers but when i waited there were alot in line. my turn came he started doing my hair and on the way he trimmed my beard on the side of hair he was working than he keeps on hair. later he came on beard he asked me if i wanna make a line with blade. I asked him what you think he said up to you , i said then leave it. he was cutting my hair and beard literally with shaking hand and getting angry that you can feel. he was rushing on my hair and beard. I came home to find out my beard are uneven on both side. i went back i told him it is uneven and he told me i asked you. i reminded him you didnt ask for that you asked for the line than he changed the words . he said you trimmed it, i explained to him I didnt do it. he did it my beard I lost the look beard got shorter . Please take time to listen to coustmers and give good service otherwise no one gonna come here. you just lost the regular coustmer. In a meantime ALI the young guy is really good at it, better do with him if you going there.note : I dont know about other barber and their services.thanks !

I walked in and sat down next to an older lady (80’s) and after 5 minutes of me sitting there she walked out and wished me good luck. There was 4 hairdressers, two were busy and the other two were drying hair extensions for god knows who??? I walked out too after I saw the hairdressers smile at each other as the older lady walked out. There goes $100 for that business. If I was their boss I’d be ropable. There wasn’t any acknowledge of us being there either. Very bad customer service.

Can’t give Lesser than 1 star. The lady there has no idea what she is doing and I paid $35 . She chopped my hair un-evenly . Worst haircut of my life . Thanks to a Indian guy there who helped me to at-least make them even , finally ended up with a short haircut which was never a choice at first place . Will never go again …

Can’t recommend Jenna & Ainslie from Moe & Co Gungahlin. The girls have been doing my hair colour & extensions for more than 2 years. The level of professionalism and eye for detail is unmatched

Watch out who cuts your hair. The first time me and my son visited, Moe and Coe was great. They had good service and a gentleman who actually knew how to cut hair. My son asked for a low taper and the barber was friendly and knew that he could do it. I was overall satisfied with the service for the first cut. The second time we went my son had a different hairdresser and he explained what he wanted and she appeared to understand. So I thought. It was obvious she had no idea what she was doing - she did not know how to fade and gave my son a mullet! The mullet was uneven and was nothing like the low taper we asked for. Even when we tried to explain her mistake, she did not listen. This was the worst haircut of my son’s life. Stay clear.
