The best pet hospital I have ever known. Dr Hootan and the team are absolutely kind and caring to both pets and pet owners.Since Coco was a puppy I’ve been taking him to Dr Hootan. He is highly professional and knowledgeable, he gives us a lot of information about Coco’s health and how to keep hime healthy and happy.Coco has been through ups and downs and ALWAYS I went to Dr Hootan and I really appreciate his help. I am absolutely happy to travel from Hawthorn to visit the best vet in Melbourne.Definitely recommended. I will continue to visit Mitcham pet hospital and I will give them thousands of stars ⭐️.

My mum has been taking her Australian terriers to Hootan for many years, and wouldn't consider any other vet for her fur babies. She really enjoys his humour, and fully trusts his knowledge and gentle manner with her dog. She VERY much appreciates the fact that he always takes the time to explain any concerns she may have with her dog - she never feels she is being rushed or not listened to properly. The staff arevery friendly and welcoming.

Hootan has been our vet for a number of years now and we are extremely pleased with his knowledge, care and compassion for our fur babies. He is really caring and both our Boxers love seeing him. We thoroughly recommend him and his team.

Dr Hootan is so knowledgeable and always takes the time to really listen. Provides such great care and advise and discusses things thoroughly to ensure the best possible care. My dog Poppy, loves seeing Dr Hootan, and he is very caring and goes out of his way to reassure her.

I had a first visit after seeing the review from here. I agree that Dr Hootan is very caring and helpful. He gave me clear information about my cat and a future treatment while listening to my concern. I feel comfortable with this vet.

Everyone was so friendly. The vet i saw is very clearly someone who loves his job and he was so wonderful with my elderly cat Tilly despite her spicy attitude. The girls at the front desk we warm and lovely to chat with in the waiting area and I’m sure when I see them again that they’ll be wonderful nurses. It’s been 1 week since our very first time there and already I’m seeing a major improvement in Tilly’s mobility. The advise given to me by Hootan and the care he gave was just phenomenal. I’ll definitely be bringing my cats here for their veterinary needs. Thank you guys so much!!

Cannot thank Dr Hootan and Mitcham Vet Hospital team enough for everything you have done for Hachi. So fortunate to have found this place! They have always taken care of her with so much love and affection.Dr Hootan is there to really care for your dog or any animals and to make sure they can have the best life possible. He also doesn't hesitate to show his love of animals in front of anyone and it was a great reminder that I'm not the only crazy pet owner:)Hachi is moving overseas and we won't be able to visit again. But we will always cherish the memories of all the cuddles and kisses from the team! Thank you for everything!

My experience here was great. Very friendly and understanding staff who fitted Jagger in same day as he was feeling very unwell. They were patient with me and him as we were both anxious and hearing later that they wrapped him in a blanket and cuddled him after having an anaesthetic really meant a lot to me. Jagger isn't too friendly when he is scared but they understood and he was fine once reunited with me. Thank you all, i am so grateful. Jagger is recovering with lots of love at home now.

Took my cat Rococo to visite Micham Pet twice. Docs in there got effective problem-solving skills. We are pretty happy with the service. So appreciate that we can have a reliable and professional pet hospital like this in our neighbourhood. Hope one day, we will get a chance to Dr. Hootan's concert. Highly recommended!!
