Worst service I've ever received at a KFC.Upon placing our order, the staff appeared bored and disinterested in serving us and we're not helpful in assisting us with unfamiliarity with the menu. Conversation and patience were short but we placed the order and the price was fine. It didn't take too long to receive our order but all staff appeared disengaged with their roles, the dining area was dirty with rubbish and with boisterous kids running around. They initially gave the wrong drinks and then when we received our order there was a whole portion missing which we had to go back to the counter to receive. This is where we had to wait for staff as there was no one on the front counter with all their backs turned. There was no apology or compensation for messing up our order and you could visibly see they didn't know what they were doing and just chucked food together. Food itself wasn't great, could still see remnants of eggwash on the chicken and there was so much salt on the chips that they were inedible. Overall negative experience unlike KFCs I'm used to.

The worse KFC I’ve ever been. A bunch of terribly trained kids that not just get your order wrong, but give only half of it in each box. Don’t waste your money and time with it

Stood in line for 10 mins compleatly ignored. Asked them if they where serving and ignored me. Thankfully maccas nearby sorted us out. Also counter was thilthy.

Everyone said about it but just want to try and give them a chance.Very bad customer service, chips and chicken is not cooked.On the drive thought pick can see what is in side such as a dirty and messy ever. Hopefully they can improve.

Called in for a quick snack. First impression was how filthy the area behind the counter was. Lots of dropped food, plenty of which you could see had been there for some time. Well trodden into the floor.I stood at empty counter for more than 5 minutes whilst the staff chatted amongst themselves.I politely asked if they were serving at the moment and the staff just shrugged and carried on chatting.Turned around and got service straight away from clean and friendly Macca's next door.

Good old fashioned KFC on a road trip to the east. Service was pretty fast considering how busy it was. All of us keeping our social distance of course. Had popcorn chicken, a raspberry freeze and a chicken burger. All were good.Wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, good parking out the front.McDonald’s and Oliver’s is here as well for those that want another choice.

Chicken had a brown colour on the inside and was contaminated with some foreign object as you can see in the picture. Took the rest of it back to the service counter and was offered free chicken which I declined.I Got sick and my body reacted and was in detox mode for about 24 hours going to the toilet. Lodged a complaint online and no one got back to me so I am here to warn others.
