I loved my experience at J-Rose Hair. My hair was a mess after lockdown and then a colour from another salon that wasn’t quite right.. Kyle listened to everything I asked for a created a colour and cut that really suited me. I left feeling fresh and myself again! Couldn’t thank Kyle more!!

Kyle did an amazing job of restoring my hair with fresh colour and a healthy cut.

My first visit here last week kyle was fantastic got my hair spot on and just did an amazing job right from entering the salon.I felt so comfortable there. Thanks guys will be back always 10/10

I've now tried a couple of different hair salons in the area. J-Rose Hair has by far, been the absolute best. Natasha listens to what you want and able to deliver. She is super friendly, doesn't pressure you into buying products you don't need and HONEST!I've tried a few different salons, but have come back to J-Rose. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.Thank you Natasha!

I have been a client of Sarah's for many years!Following her from salon to salon.Sarah is an awesome hairdresser and this is why I travel an hour and a half to have her do my hair!However the negative vibe within the salon let's Sarah down.I have found Kyle to be extremely unfriendly and rude on every visit to this salon.My last experience in which I walked out without having my hair completely finished was because of his negative, judgemental vibes and behaviour towards my 10year old granddaughter,who has been a victim of bullying and is undergoing therapy! This awesome child had been sitting patiently watching her ipad for over 2 hours, obviously Kyle is not child friendly.I will not subject myself and especially my granddaughter to negative judgemental people like him!I definitely won't be back!My granddaughter was NOT sitting close to the shop front and was NOT swinging on the chair!!!This was NOT a safety issue, it was a Kyle issue!! Your attitude and actions have cost Sarah a long time client, which doesn't seem to bother you.I suggest in future you speak directly to the responsible adult caring for the child rather than the child directly!!It is incredibly interesting that you now have chosen to speak to me as I have been ignored by you during the many times I have been to this salon!Perhaps some education to learn effective and friendly communication would be beneficial to your business dealings!If the only worry you have in your life is how a child is sitting on a chair, then you are very blessed.

I've been going to J-Rose hair on a monthly basis for many years and and I always leave feeling fabulous and happy. Kyle and the girls always make me feel welcome. Their professionalism, knowledge and care is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. I absolutely recommend this hair salon!
