Usually staff is helpfull, first time 2 star for staff. But cake always perfect. We came at around 6.50 on thrusday may be that's the reason.

Sold me a older cake. We ordered to get a strawberry fields tote, and expecting a nice fresh cake as usual. The lady checked in the back if she had any which she said “yes” and when I got home i seen a old cake in the box. The top was dry and the sponge was crumbly when cutting the cake. very in the staff and freshness of cake sold.

Unfortunately I’m leaving 1 star we bought a blueberry cheesecake with no blueberries on it next I’ll need to check before leaving the store but I would never come back to this store again looks like I’ll have to drive to the one Epping which I’ve never had a problem there
