Signed up for a package of Eyebrow Threading and Upper lips Waxing.My 4th visit today, and a staff mentioned that I'm not entitled for upper lip waxing??The card given clearly stated wax" and the staff can sternly tell me for the next visit that I'm not entitled for upper lip waxing!If you think that there was a mistake done by your previous staff by offering this package

Pathetic experience- Arch Beauty Service does not have trained people to service. They are extremely rude. They are cheating people with their member card where they charge $60 for 5 services and eventually look for reasons to deny using the card.

This place is so good! The lady that did my lashes was super gentle! The lash extensions did not sting or irritate my eyes. Good price for classic lashes. I am very happy with them and will definitely come back again!

I usually go to Sapna, she is very professional, offers excellent customer service and is extremely friendly. I look forward to having facial done by Sapna

Very unhappy!! Browse were not the same at all one was long and arched the other short and rounded. One was lower than the other clearly visible. You have to pay for a service and don't even get it done properly!

Mann did my Brazilian wax and she has been very good in a way of being thorough and very careful. Would definitely recommend her

Had an eyelash lift and tint done. During the process I voiced my concerns as I was very uncomfortable and felt a strong burning sensation. Product was clearly left on for too long, as instantly my eyes swelled up and a blister had formed. The lady said “it’s okay, it’s normal” and then recommended for me to ice my eyes when I voiced my concerns again. I went to an eye doctor at the optometrist Laubman and Pank straight after as I knew something wasn’t right. They conducted some tests and discovered abrasions to my corneas, and the whites of my eyes, as well as chemical burns on my eyelids. They provided me with medication to fix the problem. I then went back to the salon to inform them of the injuries, I got nothing more than a quick uninterested “sorry”. No offer of a refund. Actual lash lift was terrible, my eyelashes are now crispy and jagged, not even fixable from brushing through them with a spoolie. Would give 0 stars if I could, the experience was traumatising. Maybe stick to eyebrow threading/waxing if you go there.
