Bad food, came for dinner, ordered Chicken fried rice, chicken tikka, Rava dosa and chilli paneer. None of the food tasted fresh. They don’t know how to make dosa. Chicken tikka is from freezer reheated, fried rice smells bad.

Service on point , All the items arrived on time despite being busy and were fabulous in taste. Give it a go and must try if u r missing Indian dosas. ❤️ Sizzling brownie was a cherry on the top

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Hampton Park. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Melbourne form all the way from Tasmania . Highly recommend!

We ordered 5 dishes, one by one each dish turned out to be low quality and definitely not fresh. When we asked to speak to manager or owner or chef we were asked to wait, waited for 10 minutes but no one turned up. We felt cheated because they didn’t fess up to their bad quality, just pocketed the money without even listening to our problems. They owe an apology for serving substandard food.

Good timely service and delicious food. We had called ahead for a dine-in order as we were running late for an event. Food was served as soon as we got seatet. It was prepared just in time, so the dosas would still be crispy. Everything tasted delicious as well. Much better service than other Sankalps in Melbourne.

The restaurant was appealing and traditionally decorated. We saw a Guinness world record for the longest Dosa. The service was top notch and the food was outstanding. They offered us a great dessert consisting of a hot brownie, with vanilla ice-cream on top. If you like Indian food give Sankalp in Hampton park a shot.

Ok so I went in with a high expectation considering the brand “sankalp” but food was a let down. We ordered aloo tikki chat, dahi puri and papad which was good. However North Indian food was below standards. Roti was burnt and paneer (first photo) how looks and taste vs how it is advertised by the owner (last photo) border line false advertising to say the least. Unfortunately I won’t return again to give this chain as second chance. Ambience and staff were great which is why I have given this 3/5

Totally upset with the food they serve I ordered masala dosa n they hand me over this and when I called they are not even ready to apologise for there mistake. Specially the manager she is so arrogant, so rude and she don’t even know how to do a good customer service. I hope the owner of the business get this msg and they will take action on it.
