Alan was very quick to reply to my inquiry for a quote and cleaning booking. He was very polite, professional and friendly. Gave me all the good information and taught me lots of tips as a first time fireplace owner. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Service was prompt and friendly but a complete rip off. He spent 30 minutes at our place and worked for about 15 minutes of that.He swept the chimney, sprayed some WD40 in the vents and found a missing heat plate (apparently a part that was meant to be in the heater box). Charged the best part of $260 for that. Our chimney cap was broken, he later dropped off the replacement part but said I don't install them". Charged about $300 for that. He also dropped off the missing heat plate and like the chimney cap
