Australia Post - Seven Hills Post Shop

I went in the other day to sort out my passport. I'm waiting in line with at least 5 people behind me. This woman comes up with her daughter on the phone and on loud speaker. She pushed in and the only person at the register to prioritised her. That was just so unacceptable as we'd been waiting in line so patiently. I won't be coming back, not on aus post !

Worst customer service ever i have seen in my life. The customer service person was soooo rude and unprofesional that he don't even know how to talk with the customer or deal with a situation. Donot need such horrible people in our shops to serve. I was in the shop 5 mins to 5pm and i quickly pick the wu form to fill up the details. It took me 3 to 4 mins and it was already 5pm now when i was at the counter to get me served with my form filled and ready. This rude man(customer service repersentative) asked me yes". I said i am just waiting to be served as one customer was already getting served at one counter. He said you are too late. I replied but i was already in the shop before it get closed

I just have to say thank you so much to the speedy Service of this shop - when I called to turn my package around due to detected Fraudulent activity they helped me right away and re-assured me that my package would be returned to sender. I just have to say thank you so much -- from the start of the phone call action was taken.

Used to be very good service a few years ago. However, found staff changed and a recent experience was very bad. They always ask customer to take passport photos on site and try different excuses to reject other photos.

Staff are always friendly and efficient and will always go out of their way to help.

Terrible staff, they dont know how to deal with australian passport application, worst place to lodge the application. Lady at the counter was dumb, she doesnt know the difference between given name vs family name and also she wasnt aware of the australian government requirements.

Busy as but didn’t have to wait that long. Staff friendly they still have time to smile unlike other Post Office not far away. Good to see in this fast paced robotic world!

Shout out to the postie that works on Finlayson St and operates out of seven hills post office. The man found my samsung device on the road after it had somehow fallen out of my pocket last Friday morning. He received the frantic phone calls being made to the device in order to find it and offered even to drop it off to my home, if I could wait until lunch. He then met up with me on Finlayson St to return my device. Thanks so much mate! You were a life saver. I hope karma returns your good samaritan values back to you in multiples.
