EXTREMELY disapointing service received. As a support coordinator for people with complex disabilities I tried to get in contact with this place to help one of my clients with a disability apply to attend day program here at their guardians request. After 4 weeks and multiple phone calls per week following up all the staff could advise me was that the person i needed to get into contact with has been on and off leave! How is that my problem? We are all busy and understand that you have a business to run but very very poor customer service in my experience. Agnes and Rebecca were especially dismissive and unhelpful. Sue and Jodi were very helpful and in the end when i did get to speak to the manager they told me they can't take on my client. Could have just said that in the first place!I'm not one to write reviews but this was a very poor experience and not inclusive or accessible for people with disabilities.

I couldn't have asked for better health care or nicer nurses and doctors to look after my father and sister. They always had a great bedside manner, were always gentle and had a lovely attitude were always compassionate in their care of both my family members and I am always in their debt for their help in looking after my father and sister in their time of need Thank you so much

Remember, there's lot of activities in day services and Escapade activities every week for disabilities, look up for day programs across the year.

Service was quick. Clean center.

Great place for people with disabilities to learn..

I'm definitely biased. Love the guys, love the staff.
