We can say that she is the most professional, organized, creative agent with whom we have ever worked. Priscilla provided excellent advice as to the staging and marketing of our apartment, which we followed. She organized the whole sales process, from advertising, open houses, negotiations and auction. At the open house, Priscilla kept track of all potential buyers, comments and issues, liaising with us regarding the offers and potential bids. She managed the auction, not letting the gavel drop until all potential bidders had a chance to submit their best offer which delivered top price. She coordinated the after-sales aspect, the period where all the contacts and money has to be quickly completed. Our need for an agent to go above and beyond was critical, as we had to coordinate everything long distance. Priscilla's professionalism was exemplary and we would highly recommend her.
