We're new to property investment, but Stone Real Estate made the process very smooth and easy for us. Jake introduced us to property management and he explained the process clearly. Chloe is our current property manager. She is very knowledgeable and has been very friendly, flexible and helpful. Chloe did everything for us starting from preparing the condition report and rental agreement to dealing with the tenants on a regular basis. The condition report she prepared is very comprehensive and detailed. We can contact Chloe through texts, phone calls and emails and she never hesitates to answer our questions. I've been using Stone Real Estate for about 10 years. All the property managers I've been dealing with , like Kylie, Emma, Lauren and Caitlin, are great. Caitlin Baker is my current manager and I am 100% satisfy with her performance. She is efficient and always follows up the jobs promptly. On top of that she always thinks what I think and provides me helpful ideas and suggestions.The best thing I like Stone is that they can always find good tenants for me. I never ever had any issues of my tenants what so ever. I won't be hesitated to keep using Stone as my property managing agent. And for those who are looking for a quality managing agent for your properties, Stone is the way to go. I don't know everyone in Stone, but at least names mentioned above are highly recommended.

Myself and my housemate have had great service provided by our property manager Caitlin Barker. Within a very short time of her entering the role, Caitlin visited our rental property for an inspection, whereupon I raised a few small issues with the property. Caitlin saw to it that these issues were resolved extremely quickly, all while being very friendly and pleasant to interact with.We came away very satisfied with the whole situation, and just generally pleased with Caitlin’s work!

By far the best agency i have had to deal with. Used two other agencies before this for my investment properties and they have all been under staffed and never managed issues or tenants properly.
