Windows are good, much better air flow through the unit than before. Communication could have been better - specifically, setting expectations about when they expect to do each unit. But the chaps were friendly once they got to our unit. 12/6 ES 2204

I am so pleased with our new windows and how this job was handled from start to finish.The office manager and our project manager’s communications were flawless. I know there is always a lot going on in the background and I wanted to recognize these two. To top it off we have a couple of professional installers in our home going about their business with joy and happiness.I recall Windowlines motto about communications and striving for projects to run as smooth as possible – well they nailed it.

Project coordinator was prompt, helpful, responsive to needs; window installers were tidy, clean, timely, professional, responsive - overall great job on the installation for the block (U6).

Professional bunch of guys, worked hard to get all windows installed over a two week period. The apartment was clean after they left, really happy with the workmanship and quality of the windows.Michael u12

We were extremely pleased with the professional service and quick installation by window line. The results were amazing and were pleasant to deal with from the start.

Came exactly the time they said. Took one day to install. Cleaned up their mess. Friendly bunch. Came back to fix whatever needed doing as soon as they had the products from the manufacturer.There is still some stuff that needs taking away but I'm not sure if there are still other units to be completed. I'm unit 3.

Appalling, unprofessional, lazy.Windowline has recently replaced and installed windows in our apartment. They didn't put down any tarps or coverings to protect furniture, broke a chaise longue, half killed a $500 plant, and didn't replace the blinds when specifically saying that they would - leaving the apartment with pieces of glass and metal throughout the carpet, a layer of black dust over everything and an apartment without blinds.Owners are left to deep clean, organise new blinds and with paper covering windows so the apartment can be lived in.The workman attending was quite unprofessional.Jenny has had incredibly poor communication - giving one days notice of the work to strata and has been unresponsive on the above issues.

LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!The whole apartment building, where I live, had all the windows and balcony doors replaced by Windowline. The team were very professional and considerate during the months of removal and replacement. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Windowline worked patiently with the strata committee over a period of several years, providing the initial quote and then several requotes and window redesigns until the contract was finally signed. The choice of window designs, materials and options was comprehensive and Windowline provided advice and guidance. Installation was smooth and fuss-free with plenty of communication with owners at all stages so there were no surprises. It's a messy job and clean up was pretty good but if you want it to be perfect make sure you organise a cleaning service.It was a good choice to use Windowline and I'd do it again if I had to.
