Savy did a great job in fixing some issues in my Macbook that no other tech could. Also, he did not charge me anything until the problem was fixed and his policy is that if he does not solve the problem (and even if he spends lots of time trying to fix it) you do not spend a dollar. Thanks Savy for bringing my Macbook back to life and for being an honest person!

My computer was not functioning at all when turned on no programs could be launched Savy had to take the PC away to uninstall and reinstall Windows 10 and programmes. A slight hiccup with mail client because I did not ask to save my address books. When he returned Savy was able to reinstall critical address book and enable me to get on with and contact a large group for whom I am responsible. Savy also assisted me with acquisition and installation of MS Office. Savy also ensured the integrity of my family tree and Ancestory applications. When I phoned Savy, unlike the other techs I phoned that afternoon, Savy was able to clearly articulate his understanding of the problem and what I needed and that he could do what I needed done. I felt confident in Savy from one phone call and knew he was the right person for the job. There were no call out fees. He charges an hourly rate and gets the job done. Savy also explains things in a way that are easy to understand. I use Mac and Savy did more in 1.5 hours than Apple Support could not even do in 10 hours of frustrating support calls , and other specialist Mac shops that didn't sound like they knew how to help me. I highly recommend Savy. He truly is a wiz. He's super smart when it comes to computers. He has a great manner. He is a nice person who communicates well. He cares. And he's good looking too! :)
