Paid $26 for a medium meal. What did I get?A plateful of 3 times recooked stale chips, a mediocre burger with chicken meat as thin as paper but tasted like cardboard.It was no wonder the place was deserted at 10pm on a Saturday night while the surrounding fast food places were buzzing. Never again.

The food was great but the service was something to be desired. While placing the order, I asked about the possibility of making the vegan burger into wrap before payment. I was greeted with a scornful expression at the thought that I should ask about a wrap instead of burger. In that moment I decided to accept a burger despite my desire for a wrap. I want to compliment the kitchen staff for the quality of my food and I want to highlight the unfriendly front counter staff for her unwelcoming and unfriendly approach to customer service. The food was excellent despite the lacklustre service. Thanks kitchen team!!

Ogala Darlinghurst used to be great but the last couple of times it's gone downhill. The chicken tenders (strips) are processed beyond taste and very salty. The wrap barely had any chicken in it and was bulked up with way too much lettuce. Luckily the chips were good but not enough for me to go back.

Great place to grab a quick bit to eat. I’ve always found the staff courteous. Efficient service too. Eat in or takeaway. Portuguese chicken burgers are their specialty. Tonight I ordered the beef burger. Tasted great. Generous serving of chips. I’ve previously bought a Portuguese burger - it took was what I expected. Located one block away from the Museum train station. Half a block away from World Square.
