got my nails done on wednesday, it’s been 2 days and my nails look terrible. the lady there was obviously in a rush and treated me as so - as she filed my nails she also filed my skin, my fingers have been raw and in pain for 2 days and you can see where the wound is on my ring and pinky finger. the state of my cuticles are horrible! they didn’t take care of them whatsoever and made them worse as they filed my skin. near the end of the appointment i was left waiting 20-30 mins for the lady to finish my nails, but instead she got started on another girls nails. when she came back to finish me, i figured she was going to do a final file to get rid of all the chunks of acrylic left on my nails and skin but no! she quickly out cuticle oil on my raw skin and told me that was it… i waiting 20-30 mins for that!? i left the salon with raw and weeping skin that stung as the wind hit them, and chunks of acrylic hanging off the side of my nails. i had to go home and file them myself. the paint job was also not defendable for the price of $50 … the tips aren’t even painted and the sides are gapy and seem chipped, they aren’t! it’s just how she painted them. really disappointed. i was very excited to support a local business but i was left neglected and very upset.
