The doctors are amazing but that nurse is absolutely horrible! Speak up when you see her doing things wrong coz she is careless as a nurse! Seen her twice the first time she had air bubbles in the needle to be put in my arm and the doctor pulled her up on it and the second time my ears! She put so much pressure in my ear after repeating three times about my perforated ear drum now I have a fukn ear infection. Don’t visit this doctor if you need to see the nurse.

If there is a change of doctors resulting in appointments changes patients, who have booked and confirmed their appointments, should be notified. I also have things planned and can't wait for hours when I had a booking. I would rather be rescheduled than sit and wait for better administration and communication.

Great group of doctors. Nice people who make me feel very comfortable. That includes the staff other than doctors as well. 1st time I went as a patient had to wait quite a while to see a doctor but since I made doctor Gupta my GP never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Always made to feel comfortable there. Doctor Ram great with skin also. Highly recommend this group as have had all health issues sorted efficiently with these guys.

Make sure you book your appointment 2 hours in advance of any plans you have. Always close to an hour wait and they make you pay for being in the doctors chair for no longer then 5 minutes. Absolute joke.

Flagstone family practice staff were friendly and kind and helpful. Also dr Charita was lovely. I felt my concerns were listened to and she was very professional. Just had a short wait, but well worth it.
