Exit of this petrol station is dangerous as it is on a corner. Drivers mistakenly think they have right of way departing the service station driveway and there are often accidents with cars turning right into adjacent Anzac Ave.Staff here constantly change and most not very friendly or helpful. Use the 7 Eleven app to lock in discount fuel as it can save $1 up to $15 on a tank of gas. App is free.

Came here at night. Guy is sitting there packing drinks which is understandable for night shift but he saw us and continues going. We beep a couple times and he’s still packing away. 10 mins waiting outside, we may aswell drove off….

One of the well maintained servos around the area,The store is always well stocked.Can't go wrong with the coffee... Pretty good for the price and plus the classic glazed donut...

Very bad (rude) experience at 7-Eleven at Blaxland Road at Ryde, today (16/8/2021) at 4.20pm. Pumped petrol at pump # 2, I masked up, did QR code at 4.16pm and bought 2 caps at machine and small cup of peanuts. Greeted? Rudely at counter by tall, skinny guy who was wearing his mask UNDER his chin, who rudely blamed me for an alarm going off on pump # 2, advised him being coming here for years ( without the alarm going off)? Customer service lacking BIG time with this guy!!!!!! Never had a problem before with other staff. Receipt (Tran # 122642) timed out at 4.20pm...Alarm still going off as I walked out. I will probably go elsewhere next time. Chris Pike.

The employee working on the 25th of February is extremely rude. I had to be there at 11:50am to fill up the fuel, I just put the fuel nozel in the petrol tank and waited nearly 3-4 minutes, he didn't even turn it on when I went inside and called, he just came from the inside door and being very rude that he was arguing I didn't even lift the fuel nozel. This is not the way to interact with customers. You can look at the camera. He is completely impolite and unprofessional.

I usually only try to leave positive comments, but wanted to share this.The staff member on today (daytime, 25 Jan 2020) was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was an issue with the coffee machine and when I pressed the button for Iced Coffee, it dispensed only milk and water. He came and poured everything out of the cup, including all the ice, then moved it to the other machine. It was 2/3 full and hot - zero ice. When I asked if I could get another cup, he said it was my fault and I'd have to pay for the cup. I didn't want to argue over a cup so made another one and paid $0.75 for the other cup. He then proceeded to give me sh!t at the counter about it, saying it was my fault. The $0.75 doesn't bother me much, but he's the one that wouldn't drop it (even though it was a problem with their machine). If he had just said Yeah

Staff was extremely rude. Everything else is good. I was here on 20/02/2020 morning at around 8am. I was using the coffee machine when it said it needed a refill or emptying of some sort. I moved to the next coffee machine thinking to let the staff know about it when I pay. The staff rudely came up and said I should've told them right away. There wasn't even people urgently waiting to use the coffee machine right after me. I said I didn't know that and that they shouldn't have to be so rude about it. They offered no apology and insisted going with what they said. If it is such an big issue does the staff not want to check the machine more regularly? Having a rude staff around can make the whole experience really terrible and makes me not want to come here again. Please reconsider having this staff here.

The staff was really rude and unprofessional. I went to buy opal card 16/04/2023 at around 4pm. After standing in front of the register I asked him for opal card, he said he has but he asked me to move aside then he served the customer behind me. Then he asked me how many opal card do you want and how much. After that 2 more customer came behind me and he asked me again to step aside because he wanted to serve the customers behind me again. I asked him why, he replied to me if you can't wait you can go, it will take some time. No customer deserve this kind of behaviour from 7 eleven staff. Hoping that the manager will look in to this kind of incidents.
