Although responsive, got attracted to almost engaging Nicole with a $110 initial quotation for the property conveyancing contract review of a standard contract of sale for an existing dwelling over the phone but was sent a $220 email quotation.

When she wasn't available, she would call back right away. My wife and I were negotiating with the real estate agent and we call Nicole seeking certain information. We left a message with her colleague and asked to call us back. We felt the need to reach out to her and have her feedback before we left the negotiating table.
