I would give this business 0 stars if I could. Asked me to clean my car and when I responded trying to organise a time I got nothing and then rudeness when I called a month later. Had my car for 6 weeks before they even ordered parts for the repair and quoted another 8 weeks for repair. Have been told they’ll call me back then not bothered to and told me i organised to come at a specific time and date when I had no such conversation. Would NOT recommend. Only used as it was an insurance requirement and im doing everything I can to get the car taken somewhere. Rudest bogans I’ve ever dealt with. It’s their way or no way which isn’t very customer focused. Would rather privately pay and have reported them to the insurance company

Had to take Vehicles back Multiple times ,as a attention to detail was very poor. I was very unhappy with there service and repairs.

Great Service, have used a few times and always let the vehicles in great condition.

My car needed extensive repairs due a towbar accident and all the team at Wilmot Smash Repairs were fantastic. Reception staff were very friendly and well-informed, my car was fixed beautifully and they even lined me up with a mechanic to fix other repairs not covered by insurance! I feel very fortunate to have found a good team to look after me and my vehicle in the future. Highly recommend them and will be coming here again.

The service provided at Willmot Smash Repairs was second to none and made my accident damaged car look like new! Not only do they provide good technical support and service but the admin staff there are fantastic! I have nothing but praise for these guys and your car will be in safe, knowledgeable hands. Brilliant quality work, after several jobs over the years very happy, have travelled from as far as Townsville to get a job done. Highly recommended.

BUYER BEWARE. We have given 1 star, although if an option would have selected less.We had our vehicle spray painted. From the quotation stage to job completion; we were very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided.Throughout the process from quotation stage, we had to follow up several times to confirm if they were able to do the job, when they could do the job etc.We booked the job with them (5 months wait). We were told it would take 3 days, we had no communication from them regarding pick up/completion of the job. On the 3rd day, we called and were told they'd call us back (as they said on several other occasions, and they did not). This occurred daily until the job was completed 1 week later.On pick up, we were asked to wait for someone to show us the job, then walked half way to our car and told not much to it".On collection
