CAULKING QUEEN, MELBOURNE

Well My Partner and I have been trying our best to support local businesses during our recent build and we were excited to engage the Caulking Queen for our caulking needs. unfortunately Brooke missed a number of appointments having some faith we gave her the job anyway with a promise from her that she would look after us and give us a good deal She also promised to get the job done by a certain date a few weeks away but after that she ghosted us and would not reply to our messages. I mentioned this to our new caulking company and apparently this is not uncommon. We understand that people get busy with work and life but a simple message to let us know she couldn't do the job as promised would have been appreciated. instead our time was wasted. I am happy to provide screen shots for proof if this honest review is denied as others have been in the past.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Never turns up on times that was set up and just full of excuses. Pictures show that work can be done but Brooke just never shows up.If you get an auto reply saying “sorry, busy with a builder” don’t waste your time find someone else.Thanks for your speedy reply to the review but I am pretty sure I have the right business. I wish that you could message and respond to calls as quick as you did to this post.Waste of time don't use this business

Great service and very highly recommend . Brooke at straight edge caulking has a eye for detail and very fussy with her own work. She is a one stop shop for caulking and waterproofing . Ive used Straight Edge Caulking a few times now and never had a problem with her workmanship . Very happy to do business again.
