They charge a flat fee to check out what's wrong, then call you with the final estimate with parts. In my case, it was an old printer with a nasty jamming problem which required full disassembly but no parts, and they fixed it for me for just the flat fee, despite it taking ages to fix.Recommended very highly.

Nikisch at FaxCom did a great job restoring my Brother colour laser last week to near new with new fuser rollers and firmware upgrade. Fixed price service labour and with parts price means no $ surprises. Now we don't get crinkly paper" either.Very happy with the service."
