Fantastic sausage roll. Love a servo sausage roll but so opted for the one they had that looked INSANE and it didn’t disappoint. Loaded with flavour and flakey pastry. Worth a try to treat yourself. Inside the restaurant was lovely also.

We tried various types of savoury and sweet pastries! Pastry is a lovely texture and they have a few interesting flavour combos that I haven’t seen in Brisbane. Their sausage rolls are great, along with the quiche and strawberry cheesecake. Almond croissant is not the best I’ve had, but was fine.Ultimately I am taking off a star because the coffee was quite bitter and gross, and frankly it’s not worth the money. There were also quite a few things that were on the menu but were not available to try which is a little annoying. I think that this bakery is also quite pricey so you only want to get a couple things. Pictured are around $80 worth of pastries, so you can see how expensive it gets. But it is definitely worth a try (just not the coffee).

When we venture to Toowoomba, we almost always go here. The best pastries by far and well worth it. Not cheap but very high quality. Flat white is $5, well above Brisbane prices. You can dine in or takeaway. Seating inside and outside. This time we devoured these delicacies, strawberry cheese cake for $8.50. Yummo. They hang flowers from the ceiling and it makes an interesting decor. Sorry for the poor photo.

The worst part about this place is choosing between the sweet and savoury.... So we didn't, and had both! Coffee is great and everything is delicious. Always stop in here for a treat when in Tbar

The coffee was perfectly unsweet (mocha) and paired absolutely perfectly with the strawberry cheesecake pastry I purchased. The vibe is perfect and so was the service and the food. Totally worth a drive up from Brisbane!! Will be back!

Pastries here never disappoint! Always so fresh and plenty of options to explore new tastes, or to settle into some classics. Thank you for being the highlight of every Toowoomba trip!

Very tasty pastry. Would recommend the veggie quiche. Quite pricey but worth it.

It came highly recommended though that might have raised my expectations too high...We arrived on a drizzly Saturday morning to a fairly busy/bustling little corner store cafe, and managed to get some of the last remaining seats inside. I was told they sell pies but I didn’t see any, so maybe those were already sold out. So we tried a few other items:* almond croissant, $9.50Decent compared to others in/around Brisbane I’ve tried, though couldn’t dethrone my favourites. It has a good amount of frangipane that wasn’t too sweet. It was also getting pretty close to Lune’s pricing for the same item so that’s getting up there.* pork, sage & apple sausage roll, $8.50Good sized serve, and it was still steaming hot inside. Wouldn’t say the pastry was particularly crispy/flaky on the outside, nor the filling firm with good bite on the inside… overall flavour was nice but not my preferred style of sausage roll.* bacon quiche, $8.50Pretty good. This was the boy’s choice and he ate almost all of it. I tried some and found it quite agreeable to my tastes.* pumpkin, spinach & feta quiche, $8.50Didn’t try any but it seemed to be consistent with the bacon version.Next time I'll try some of the sweet stuff, and maybe even make an effort to catch a pie.
