Future Net

Would give 0 star for the Future Net guy in in Brisbane if we could. Apparently we don’t buy anymore system/service with them so his support went from friendly to rude since. We rang up for after hour support today as we need IP address set up again since we just moved our office.Didn’t expect this Scott guy from Brisbane call back because we been getting support from NSW team for a while, we thought he would help but instead yelling at us for not telling him we moved our computer and told us to move the computer back to where it was and he will fix on Monday. We told him we moved our office, how to move back, but anyway we refused to talk to him as he’s super rude. Instead of supporting the client he was angry and tell us what to do.
