Willship international shipped our vehicle from Aus to SA. They made the process very easy. Communication was great, right from the quoting stage, through to the final delivery. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a business. I had a situation where a shipment was very time sensitive and my supplier overseas tried to throw a massively inflated shipping invoice at me at the very last minute before the container was set to sail. The invoice was twice the initial quoted amount and the shipment was already 30 days behind schedule.I contacted Willship and straight away they got to work on the shipment. I was extremely impressed with how fast and efficiently they took over the job. Basically the very next day they had things organised and soon after got me booked onto a vessel for less than half of the amount the overseas agents were trying to charge me.I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick, Jerri and Rhyss and between the three of them, they could not have made it a more hassle free experience. Very meticulous and great communication. In the end, they got me onto an express shipment and had everything organised so that it was cleared straight away when it arrived. The day it was released from customs they got it delivered to me. Their great work made up around 20 days of travel time.Truly grateful I got in touch with them and would highly recommend to anyone needing help with shipping. Great business, great people.
