We paid $80 per night. Rooms are large basic,clean lots of towels. Great value for the money. Quiet location very close to downtown. Bottle shop around the corner.

Room was adequate but lacking general facilities. Needed two extra sleep pillows, no ice cube tray, freezer needed defrosting, incomplete cutlery set for two people, no wine glasses and broken toilet brush. Only small things but would have made our stay more comfortable. Room was dated but clean. Aircon worked but noisy. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Firstly, water in the shower wasn’t hot. Kettle was broken and didn’t boil - had to use the microwave. Tiny Tv and a broken heater, during winter time!?. Entire room was out of condition, along with minimal coffee and tea sachets. I’ve stayed in other motels in Warwick rated at 4 stars of which in comparison to this one are of extremely greater quality. We were in room number 8, comparing it to the room next door which is completely renovated, room 8 should be blown up.e

Rooms were nice and big. Staff friendly. Large fridge. Nice quiet location. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were different sizes. One was barely existent, and the other was huge and hard. The combination of uneven curtains and bright light outside made the room bright, and I like complete darkness to sleep. Hair dryer didn't go hot and sounded and smelt like it wanted to blow up.

Clean, tidy rooms with good wifi. Close enough to township and main roads. Only small issue was the water pressure in shower could be better, but otherwise, great hosts and location.

The motel is situated a little out of town but that means it's quiet and peaceful, which is great. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Great amenities and comfortable bed.The views overlooking the town are stunning. Very friendly staff at reception.Highly recommended if you are staying in town.

Lovely service, far enough to be peaceful, but only 10mins drive to all the shops. Microwave and fridge facilities with cutlery. Easy roomy parking. They don't claim to be a 5 star hotel, but you get what you pay for. It is secure.

Stayed here with my 3 year old. It was safe, quiet, clean and warm. Also the cheapest in Warwick. They have a large grassy area at the back of the motel for anyone to park trailers etc without having to reverse them. The lovely girl on the front desk even offered to grab a torch to help me park for the night. Very impressed with this cheap and cheerful motel.
