Returning for my second haircut with Josh, I had another great experience. He really knows how to cut fine hair, which is fantastic for me. My first hair cut grew out really well, which is why I returned.Josh is very pleasant: he appears willing to chat, but really seems to take his cues from the client - so nice not to have to make small talk if I'm not in the mood.I've found my new hairdresser and I'm delighted.My only criticism is that the delightful puppy who was recuperating in the salon ditched me when another friendly face showed up :)

After years of lockdown I needed an overhaul/shake up. Luckily got an appointment with Josh and he was highly professional and efficient overseeing the process end to end being highly attuned the entire time. It’s clear the team are always learning and sharing their tips/successes- it’s a really nice atmosphere. I was really happy with my experience and outcome and today (a day after the appointment) got a lot of positive comments from clients at work (who I hadn’t seen in a while). Will be continuing care with the team because it’s clear they care and know what they are doing!

Love this salon so much! I see Jacob for blonde foils/haircut and everytime he does such a great job. He just gets it. I’ve seen Josh and he’s also great. Always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ve recommended the salon to a few of my friends and they’ve become regular clients. Highly recommend.

Beautiful salon with very talented staff. Jacob runs the salon so well & has a beautifully calming space with such friendly staff. I travel 30+ minutes for this salon and can't recommend it enough!

Can tell there’s a great deal of respect and friendliness between the team which is a great atmosphere to relax in. Jacob knows his stuff and has given some awesome advice to help ensure my hair is healthy first and foremost, but also still a style and colour that I’m after. Highly recommend!

My sister was looking for a place to do Face Frame Highlights, and after an extensive search, we came across this place as it's highly recommended for highlights.The Face Frame Highlight was priced at $100 on their website, which was within our budget, so I called to book an appointment. They booked me with Josh since he was the only one available and asked for $100 over the phone, which struck me as strange, but I paid it anyways thinking that was all I had to pay to guarantee the booking.On the appointment date, my sister explained to Josh exactly what she wanted and the color she had in mind. She stressed that she wanted a simple face frame highlight with a couple of shades lighter than her natural dark brown hair.Josh gave us the impression that it's a simple job that might take around 3 hours to finish. In the end, it took only 1.5 hours!However, we were surprised to discover that we were charged $235 extra over and above the $100 I paid on the phone! No additional fees were mentioned during our visit, nor did their website indicate that highlights cost from $100" like their other services.I felt cheated by their lack of transparency and was forced to pay the amount as I didn't dare to argue.While I appreciate that they use the finest products
