Chemist Outlet Medowie

Needed medication urgently, accused of basically drug seeking behaviour, refused to fill a script based on 'supply too soon' despite me being unable to recall the last issue. Have severe PTSD, anxiety, mother dying of terminal cancer, ex ADF, and active lupus. Basically if I don't have this medication I become very unwell.Disgusting. Judged like I have drug dependency.Directed me to ring my Dr who isn't available this morning, pharmacist so arrogant she couldn't be bothered to help in anyway by at least calling the Dr on my behalf.I have 2 tablets left of a drug I'm supposed to have 3 times a day.Guess no medication for me until this pharmacy decides to issue my medication based on my judgement not theirs.Currently crying my eyes out in disgust.

Have always had positive experiences shopping here and today I needed help on the phone locating some eScripts. Alyssa was so lovely and incredibly helpful, even though I'm sure she was very busy in store. Some places make you feel like you're a burden when you call with a question or issue, but I'm confident I can always call in here if I need help and its never too much trouble. Alyssa is an absolute asset to this establishment. Thank you again.

I recently moved and had a horrific experience at another chemist. Today I went to Medowie Chemist Outlet where I was greeted warmly and kindly by every staff member I encountered. To Sharon, Tony and Erin, thank you. I look forward to seeing you again very soon. Highly recommend!!

I’ve gone to this pharmacy a few times, and found them to be really lovely, super friendly and helpful. However, I went to get a new script filled last week, and had a really bad experience. I won’t be returning.Essentially, I took my new script to the counter, and the pharmacist and assistant were friendly as normal. However, when they saw the medication I had been prescribed (not an unusual one I thought), I felt quite a change- with the pharmacist appearing to become quite cold, judgemental and even a bit rude towards me. It was a very noticeable and quick change in behaviour, and even my family noticed and asked what happened. It was truly bizarre.I won’t be returning to this pharmacy.
