Beware of theft and take care of all personal belongings. Left a pair of brown colored korean (no brand) prescription glasses on top of cabinet next to their own wheelchair at the main pool area. It was gone after coming out of the steam room.If someone accidentally took it, please return it to the complex. Greatly appreciate! That ended the whole experience which was initially not that terrible. Entrance fee A$14/adult. Locker rental A$3.20 (including A$0.20 credit card surcharge) for 6 hours which was openable at anytime to put in items and locked back for continuous usage and 4 showers cubicles in the ladies toilet. Great ramp design access into the main pool with their own specialised wheelchair. Kids can wear floats in the main pool area near the ramp and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi at main pool was working but the button was faulty, salty water temperature nice for casual swim. The main pool had 3 different depths - 1m, 1.5m and 1.8m across and separated into 4 areas including the general/ramp/jacuzzi area and 3 designated lanes - slow, medium and fast. The hydrothermal spa smaller pool salty water temperature was warmer, 4+ space with spa function. There was a sign that recommended a limit of 10 minutes per use and please allow other patrons to use when asked. There was a side door that leads out to the beach which would be nice for summer. 1 water dispenser fountain type provided at main pool area. Toilets handles appeared rundown due to sea salt corrosion and cleanliness not maintained throughout the day. No photography in pool area. Was there on Sunday 11 June 2023, 2.45 to 4.30pm. Lost glasses around 4pm, left devastated :(

Absolutely awful experience with children’s swimming lessons. The teacher changed every week and the standard was terrible. The customer service, as lots of others have mentioned, is a disgrace. I have now enrolled in King Swim and it is wonderful.

This is such a great spot to meet for a meal, drinks or a light snack. Sit inside, outside or even on the sand! You can order by QR code, or in person. I thing to keep in mind, the further you are from the kitchen, the more heat-loss from your hot food. So if you want your food and drinks hot, i suggest you sit inside.

Excellent facility. Can either go as joined member or as casual visitors.Has lap swimming heated indoor pool. I think best thing here is the salt water hydro pool. Excellent for healing and rejuvenation. Upstairs is a modern newly equipped gym that also has altitude room for altimeter performance workouts. View of St.Kilda beach as you swim and workout is great. Staff are great too!
