I found him very untrustworthy as the other few comments said. He wasted our time by lying us the sale price stating he got an offer of $1.1MI think this is breach of conduct by telling the offer amount even if it was true. I am pretty sure it is just a shady selling tactics. If you received an offer why you still say offers from $990K

A job well done!I contacted Brian because I'd earlier received a flyer from him advertising a service to help people like me sell their won properties! A very forward thinking idea I thought! After speaking to Brian I decided not to go that way although I still think its a great idea in the right circumstances!As it turned out it was a good decision because I think Brian more than earned his money in a difficult market, what with a lack of buyer interest initially, then contracts falling through etc. Brian stuck with it and we eventually achieved a good result.Through it all Brian was communicative and polite even though some would say I wasn't the easiest client!

I really can’t get how he can hold his realestate agent license.He listed a property 3 days ago and said price is from $990kWe went to attend first inspection and was informed price is now $1.1MWhy cant you edit your listing and update the asking price. We drove 2.5 hour for this…Hope you lose your license
