There’s been various of defects left unattended after trillions time reaching out via phone and email. They will always send someone to investigate the issues, then left unattended. I have to reach out again , and send millions of messages to get their attentions. Then they’ll send someone else to investigate the issue, and promise the next time they come back will be fixed. It will then left unattended.DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY WHERE THR BUILDER IS VALEO.In my off plan contract, I will have island bench. It’s all listed in the contract and drawing. Upon settlement, there’s none. And they claim the apartment space wouldn’t allowed it. This should be an issue to discuss when I decide to purchase the apartment, not upon settlement after 2 years signing contract. There’s multiple defects VALEO promised to rectify since 2020. However, until today they’re left unattended.

Lived in an apartment that Valeo built and for the year we were there one of the bedrooms had leaks after heavy rain. They had no interest in actually fixing the issue, constantly sending out different staff and contractors so that the process would start over again. When one contractor finally found the leak in the plant box above our apartment because it was going to be too expensive to fix Valeo sacked them and brought in a new contractor who wanted to start the whole process over again. When our property manager pushed them on why the issue wasn’t resolved Valeo resorted to blatantly lying by saying we hadn’t given them access when they requested it, they had no evidence to backup this claim. Just glad we were only renting, would never buy anything Valeo have had their hands on

I am a first home buyer and recently bought an apartment. The entire block has a beautiful layout and has been well built with ample light and space throughout. Had a few issues but Valeo took great measures to make sure everything was fixed properly and handed over the property in a good condition. David Liefman in particular was amazing and made sure all the fixes were done to perfection. David went above and beyond to fix an issue that they were not even responsible for. I am amazed at the positivity and energy that David brings to his work. He takes pride in his work and seeks personal satisfaction and his passion to the trade is outstanding. I am now very happily settled in my new home - thanks to Valeo and David.

Honestly, I am beyond frustrated and annoyed with services from Valeo constructions, I have resorted to Google reviews to share and hopefully be heard by someone! From the start, the build of a new apartment building in Melbourne by Valeo Constructions has been of poor quality, behind schedule, the whole building still having to navigate NUMEROUS ongoing problems from the construction over 2 years on, and no one can action my request to have my missing door replaced. This is the door Valeo removed to fix and then lost. How many requests do I have to put forward, and continuous follow ups until I can get someone from the company to action it?! Honestly, it has been about a year now. Not even kidding! And this is with the problems I can be bothered chasing. There's still a few outstanding that I haven't successfully had any response to.

Valeo construction had constructed our complex 5 years ago. The whole complex has numerous water leaking and drainage issues. Complex is only 5 years old and there are a range of issues not only in the complex and basement but in the townhouses themselves. Severe water leakage and drainage problems. The basement may aswell be a swimming pool. The poor workmanship is apparent. The render finish, cladding, paths, electrical and common areas are poorly constructed. I have tried contacting Valeo numerous times with no response. They finally responded with the complex and individual items in townhouses only had 12 months warranty and the water and leaking problems are out of their hands. Our place has an array of issues caused by poor workmanship and Valeo have simply wiped their hands of it and are not willing to assist. Their warranty department are of no help and they are not willing to uphold their company values. I would not recommend them. In a complex under 6 years old we, the owners are now liable to to fix all the issues that were of fault by the builder. Somehow the building gets signed off on permits through council and building authorities even though the workmanship is poor. Disappointed with Valeo. I tried to email Valeo with a list of defects found in my property and they simply disregarded my requests saying they are not responsible.There has been no investigation into the issues in our individual property. All my emails to warranty have been left unattended and no one at Valeo had the courtesy to call or explain their process. We simply received an email saying it’s not their concern. In a building under 6 years ago there shouldn’t be so many issues. The building itself is flawed with issues due to poor workmanship. Extremely disappointed with the outcome. I am in the building industry myself and have never come across a company with such poor building quality. Multiple cracks within home and leaking and drainage problems. Cracks in render, doors unsealed and paint poorly applied. Severe drainage problems in Basement.

I can't say that I have a good experience with Valeo last 4 years since the apartment has the leaking issue in my apartment.I have been engaged with Doug at the beginning and he had no intention to fix the issue at all. Then, I remember Richard was trying to fix the issue but could not resolve it.Now, I am engaged with Darren and Nathan. Unfortunately, Nathan left the company but Nathan and Darren are trying to address the issue and improve the company's reputation.The issue is still there but I am sure Darren will take the responsibility to close this issue as he has been trying last few months.I want to take the opportunity to say to Darren - Thank you for taking an ownership for this issue.Cheers.

Water leakages in my apartment, there is 2.5Mill worth of damages that need to be repaired for the complex, be weary people

None better in the business than Valeo.I've been dealt my fair share with property developers and none have carried themselves better than Valeo Construction.The level of quality and the speed that they work at is second to none.Highly recommendCheers

I would provide a 0/5 if it was possible. Absolutely shocking 'work'. I have a leak in my bedroom the size of two 50c coins leading to flooding and mould growth. It took Valeo 6 weeks and two inspections to find this leak and seal it up. We are still waiting for the carpet to be inspected and replaced due to this mould. Absolutely terrible work, customer service and lack of ownership. This is an absolute embarrassment. After working for over five years in the property industry I have not once come across such a pitiful and sad excuse for a construction company. Unless you want another full time job dedicated to calling, following up, waiting around for people to not show up, and working with consumer affairs to fix this issue, I'd steer clear from even looking at the poor excuses for apartments they're selling.Edit: 1 year later, after the two leaks were supposedly fixed, the leak in the bedroom returned. Once we advised of the leak, it took 2 weeks for Valeo to make time to fix this issue. We were out of the apartment while they 'fixed' it. We came home to a hole in our wall. Surprisingly, a cut up piece of garbage bag sticky taped to a wall doesn't stop 6'C winter breeze and rain coming into a bedroom. Once this was done we heard absolutely nothing from the builder about next steps. We're still waiting. Absolutely do not buy or rent out of a Valeo constructions building. They send over garbage solutions for GARBAGE apartments!I also find it very interesting that Valeo has replied to my review saying 'feel free to call us about any complaints' when I spent hours last year (over months) trying to call them and get any sort of work done....less than helpful and I absolutely will not bother calling you about this review for you to put me on hold for 10 min to tell me there's nothing you can do.

My apartment built by valeo has a serious leaking problem in bathroom, this problem has not been solved for almost one year and no one can live inside. Call them every week and barely no response. Repair progress very slow! Worst builder ever meet!
