I have no words to say. Been getting lash done for more than 7 years at other places and by far never experience anything like this. Its just painful even when I blink. There was nothing they offer after I let them know and only suggesting an eyedrops. This was just a simple 1:1 natural lash. The staff were chatting the whole time and did not focus on the clients.Just to clarify I cane here before more than once but they didn’t allow us to choose the lash tech. The last 3 time my lash were ok and was done by others. So clearly I was not allergic to the Gel patches or the glue. This time it was someone new who didn’t care about my eyes and took longer because she couldn’t stop talking. She would take her hands of my eyes to go chat and come back later which was super annoying. I was there early for my appointment but they started 15 minutes late. If I had walk in I would understand but this is a booking and time is important to every customers so just hope they care more about our time.

Lynn provides an excellent service. She is a master of her art and her staff are well trained . Her salon is very clean and comfortable . Lynn is professional in her approach while still being caring and considerate.I have always been extremely satisfied and happy with the service I receive. I highly recommend Lynn and her staff. You would be very hard to please if you did not leave there feeling like a million dollars. Their work is of a very high standard.Thankyou Lynn and staff for the care and attention I have been given over the last 18 months. You are the best in the business!

Lynn and the team at LLL are the best at what they do! Been coming here for my lashes for just over a year and recommend to everyone. Always very welcoming, fast, efficient and gentle.
