Rude ride operators which was really sad to see and experience. I'm not from SA so I came to holiday. Ridiculous that you have to pay $50 per person over the age of 2 but even then, almost every ride has an age and height limit?! My daughter only got to go on 3 rides for the whole 3 hour session they hosted. Not to mention how overpriced the food and drinks are. Went to get chips on a stick which was $10 and a bottle of water for $5.30!!!! Not worth your time and money.

I think it's great that it's the one cost to enter and don't have to pay at each ride, my son loved the set up but the workers looked like they didn't want to be there and quite frankly how they talked to us was horrible, maybe it's because we went to the afternoon session so they were over it then but overall I'd love to pay to go again but not with workers like that.

I did my research and found that on the website it said that under 2s needed be accompanied on rides, saw that there were rides my son, 22 months had been on before and thought why not have a day out. When I got there I didn't realise there were small signs that said children under 2 couldn't go on rides such as tea cups even with adult.. so i waited in line to be very rudely yelled at that he couldn't go on, and didn't I see the sign. (Which wasn't pointing in the direction of the line). I left the whole place in tears as my son didnt understand why he suddlenly couldn't go on and became super upset..

Overall great for children and not too heavy on the wallet but some hot meals were up to $15.00All the attractions were spaced around the areas with some thought .Waiting time for rides was not too long .The hall was not crowed ( maybe coz of covid restrictions ) which was great.Kids loved it , its their day , adults dont matter.

We had the best experience today at the Santa wonderland. It was not too busy, right amount of people, and a very short queue for every ride. There were a lot of activities for every type of child, from the rides to more relaxed activities for those who get a bit overwhelmed. Hope they keep the crowd the same size every year so that everyone can enjoy it

Not overly crowded this year due to covid restrictions which was great! No long line ups for rides, plenty of seating to eat. No line up for toilets. Great event set up. Kids had a great time. It was a really enjoyable experience with less people around, the kids got a chance to do all the activities and go on all the rides and attractions (more than once).

Took the grandkids to the event. To say a disgrace would be an understatement. It is just a monetary rip off using emotion blackmail in advertising to small kids in such hard times. $6.00 for a can of soft drink. $10.00 for a skills game that results in a $2.00 toy most likely made in a sweatshop for cents. This was clear case of captive audience extortion. Once you are there the kids are bombarded by Ex Adelaide show events that cost a fortune just to participate. Considering the amount you pay to get in, everything there should be free (bring your own food) . $50.00 for two drinks ($11.00), two buckets of chips and two sandwiches is over the top. So much for the festive spirit of Christmas.

After a very disappointing experience at southern suburbs Christmas Wonderland event last year, this year was in contrast, a most wonderful experience indeed. From the ,minute we walked into the venue we were met with the magic of Christmas. With stage shows, magnificent Christmas trees, rides galore, activity stations, jumping castles ….. the 3 hours seemed to fly by.A special mention to the organiser’s and workers who displayed an excellent commitment to making the event CovidSafe, without taking away from any of the festive atmosphere. It was worth every cent. Well done.

The ride operators at this event are rude and in general seem unimpressed to be there, this makes the experience quite awful. Wouldn't bother wasting your money on this event it is overpriced for what it is.

Nice set up. Icing skating needs to he reviewed. Not enough shoe in the most common size. and the rink was so wet. I am usually great at ice skating and one foot on the ice and I fell hard while wearing skates 2 sizes too big.
