Good range of hampers and gift baskets available. Prices about the same as others.Would give more stars, however, for all the times I have used them, delivery never occurs on the chosen date. Has never been late, but at times delivery has been up to week earlier than requested.

I ordered a hamper on 21st December 2022, to be delivered to a hospital in Shepparton and needed it delivered on 23 December 2022, was happy to say considering the time of the year - other hamper places were not able to deliver without high prices or capacity to deliver. This was delivered 23 to the location, great service and the product ordered were satisfactory from my view of the order. Will definitely use them again!

Ordered 2 hampers for birthday gifts. Paid for express delivery. 1st hamper arrived. A box with 1 packet of Kettle chips and 1 packet chocolate coffee beans. For $84. Main alcohol item missing. After emails, phone calls, online queries,no apology, poor attitude and told that once 2nd hamper arrives, to check missing item isn't in it! If not, will replace. Not exactly a special occasion or feel good moment is it for the gift receiver or giver? Now 8.40pm and 2nd hamper still hasn't arrived. Don't waste your money.

I ordered this hamper for my son’s birthday and he loved it! I was informed about my order from start to finish. I am based in the UK and it is so expensive and difficult to send goods overseas so I’m so glad I have found Hampers Galore to deliver excellent products without any hassle at all. Hampers Galore couldn't have been more helpful. I made an order very quickly, and stuffed up the address (which I realised many hours later). They were able to pick it up, reroute and still have it arrive the next day. AMAZING!

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I paid extra for express shipping, expecting a faster delivery, but it made no noticeable difference. To make matters worse, I didn't receive any updates about the status of my order, and I had to personally reach out to customer support to inquire. Regrettably, the assistance provided was minimal and not particularly helpful.
