States open 24 hours - closed when we went there Friday night 7:30pm.

Rang from 15 minutes away to ask if they had firewood before I made the drive. Guy answered and said yes! Drove all the way there and he said “nah, haven’t had any firewood for 2 weeks!” Thanks for nothing mate, great customer service - not!!!

Decent version of a BP - better than many other stations in bigger city areas. Decent food on the go. Has bottles of water for windscreen washer and radiator top-ups, windscreen wiping sponge and scraper and paper towel for spills and dirty hands. Can't go past a good BP - others don't do this level of even self-service anymore!

Large IGA. Well equipt with good variety of foods. Toilets are very well maintained, however they are down a steep slope, so not so good if limited mobility.

Great team always so friendly

This store is a combined service station/IGA with bowser access being problematic. On all three occasions I’ve visited this business, it has been understaffed. On each occasion, not only did I have to queue and wait at least 5 minutes to pay for fuel, the staff member was rude and unfriendly. I’d rather run out of fuel than visit a fourth time.

Easy to find, easy access & good service

I go to the BP/ IGA mapleton sometimes, all the staff are very friendly at all the time. Seeing people left comment about staff staring at them and make them uncomfortable is very unfair to any retail staff!!!! If you go to Coles or Woolies, the staff at the cashier are always looking at the customers. THIS IS THEIR JOB to look after the shop!!!! If you go to Big W/ Kmart, the staff at the front start to staring at your bag when the first step you walking out even need to check your bag! It never make me feel uncomfortable because I respect it’s their job! People need to get a life!
