I ordered two braces from them for $239. They ship USPS and according to the tracking, the delivery person left the package in my mailbox, but I never received it. Upon contacting the company, they basically called me a liar and said there was nothing they could do about it as it wasn't their fault I didn't get my order. Horrible customer service! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Horrible company run by horrible people, tried returning a brace that was too small for our dog and they tried to refuse return of the item claiming it was 'not hygienic' to be sold to another dog! Worst customer service we have ever experienced do not buy from this company.

The best orthopedic braces and supports on the market. Excellent assistance by Alpha Mobility staff. Recommended!

DO NOT buy from here their products are cheap and dodgy and they won't give refunds. Our dog wore the braces for less then 2 hrs on 2 separate days and the braces have ripped, stitching come undone and had started to wear through in spots when we asked for a refund they just said our dog chewed it when he couldn't have as he had a cone on. Stay away from this company.

What a fantastic company to deal with. They were very prompt and efficient, even contacting me as they felt the sizing was incorrect that I had ordered and Refunded me the back extra money. I couldn’t fault them. 10/10 from me. Thank you Alpha.

We tried it on our dog once and got the wrong size(even though we measured his leg) been email them and I want a full refund and they refuse to give it. The instruction video to put the brace on are in Spanish and it is extremely hard to put on. Dont recommend to anyone.

Have to agree with other posters, the product ( Balto Jump) is not fit for purpose after trying it twice and having it fall off both times.Finally got round to contacting them to return the product, but found them very difficult to deal with and not helpful at all...Would not recommend them !

Ha, I would put negative stars if I had an option. First off when I ordered from the website, there was a whole situation before with my bank that made making the transaction difficult. We had tried using a couple of different cards. When the actual order went through, I had changed my address to the appropriate billing and shipping address. It charged my card but sent it to another address that was on a different card.So my package got sent to a different address, well it never arrived at the address either even though post office said it was delivered.Then I call back to find out what my next steps are and I keep getting some ladies voicemail that sounds like a personal phone.I’ve made several email us inquiries, ans none of them have gotten returned. Beginning To think this place is a scam.

USELESS knee support product. This company sells the BALTO knee brace and a double knee brace. HOWEVER, their site indicates that if the dog can bend it's knee then it is too loose. So, I inquired whether that was accurate, as how is the dog supposed to be able to lie down and stand up from a lying position if they have a stiff" leg (and think about the double brace - you're basically making your dog a paraplegic). They confirmed that this is how it is designed
