Had the worst experience with the most nastiest pharmacist. my doctor faxed through a script (my specialist in the city) and this old nasty pharmacist turned around and told me they aren’t aloud to accept faxed scripts anymore (I had no idea) and to go to my doctor to get it, I told her my doctor is in the city and I can’t get there. She then proceeded to tell me to get a doctor closer to home and other nasty things she said. Could not believe this woman. Definitely needs a reality check and should not be working in customer service!!!

The most deliberately unhelpful staff.I put a couple of scripts in and was advised to wait ten minutes. Twenty minutes later I enquired if I needed to wait much longer. The attendant gave me back an empty script saying we don't have these in stock" (and these are common enough medications).Not a word of apology

Got my flu shot here a few weeks ago and had a lady pharmacist who was quite unfriendly and unsociable, aswell as the young girl on the register. I now go over the road to the pharmacy there - much more friendly staff!

Been coming here for the better part of 4 years. The retail and pharmacy team is A1 and have always helped me with what I needed. They’ve always gone above and beyond to help me when I need it as well as my dad who is on multiple medications. Cannot recommend enough 5/5.

My regular meds were more expensive than usual & they were out of the generic brand also today. I became upset as they were also out of a certain insulin. The lady pharmacist told me she doesn’t like being accused of price hiking on purpose, I never said that btw, I was just upset but she made it all about herself that she is always helpful to me, I never said she is not helpful, I was upset the pharmacy was not reliable with mine & husbands very important medication, there’s a wonderful saying try being kind instead of right, in this case just some kindness was needed not a defensive attack towards the customer.
