DO NOT SHOP HERE! Received my order and it was irreparably damaged so they took it back and then lost all record that it was never delivered to me. I have since contacted them at least 20 times via phone and email trying to organise a replacement table (which they no longer have in stock). Believe the reviews. This is the worst experience I have ever had, which is a surprise given the cost of the furniture.

Ordered a cabinet back in October 2022 - the deliver time was supposed to be 4 weeks. We’re now February, and with the delivery pushed back by a month for the last 4 months, I finally cancelled my order. Why would a business run sales on stock they don’t have? It’s ok to have to wait on items for a month or two, given the supply chain issues, but with a forecasted arrival of End of March, my order would have been delayed by 6 months!!! Unacceptable, especially when you’re paying top dollar for CC furniture. I’ll never buy CC again.

Furniture is nice, stylist was helpful, i spent nearly all of my inheritance money (well over $50K) with them so i could finally have some nice furniture. They made an error with the colour of 2 chairs and now i am going through a nightmare trying to get the refund. It has taken hours of my time, pleading, begging, emailing, calling over weeks and weeks.. My furniture now, instead of bringing me pride and joy, reminds me only of the nightmare this has become. I hate to write this review but the total lack of respect for a loyal customer must be brought to the public's attention. Why do Coco Republic want to ruin their brand in this way? I would have posted a fairly positive review if not for the nightmare of trying to get a refund. Please, please give me my refund Coco Republic!! It's less than 6K!! Everyone in the Fortitude Valley store knows that I am owed a refund and they are trying to assist but I am now at my wits end. :-( So upset but this experience. Please, please, please give me my refund!!

Pre- and post- sales services do not match that of the brand’s positioning and pricing. So-called ‘leading luxury furniture brand’: premium pricing, good designs in reality average product quality and appalling service (especially after sales). After ordering several pieces 9 months ago we are still waiting on one product. Communication has been non existent. Incorrect phone number recorded, ambiguous emails once they finally responded. After purchasing a number of items from this store I will not be returning to endure the experience.

Bad retail experience. Bought a 3 piece sofa and a planter. Simple right? No. When paying at the shop, retail assistance got total wrong and if I did not check item by item would be charged $140 extra. I was also adivsed that items would be delivered within 4 weeks maximum. Two months later: they're still in Sydney". So you buy a sofa and planter

Emailed two weeks ago regarding a faulty table that has already had a craftsmen repair once. Finally received a reply today (after following up no less than 10 times) from the product support team asking for photos of the damage which I had already provided two weeks ago. Looks like I’m back to the start again as no one will respond or reply to emails. Customer service is possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced.

UpdateOur bar stools are now on the way back for a refund. One was replaced and now they are all falling apart. The basket weave is breaking open and we barely use these!. I’ve never been so pushy to a company trying to get them collected so we can get a refund. The terrible customer service makes you into an angry person. Of course, no one higher up is brave enough to get involved and just let their call centre staff take the burden. I’m calling today to see if I can drop them back myself. So bad after spending so much money.Still waiting!Like many others, I wish I had checked these reviews first. Our installation/delivery was cancelled a week out due to a sudden warehouse stocktake. Took 3 calls and 3 days to get a return phone call from the sales person (despite me continually asking for a senior manager) saying it’s all fine and please pay the balance even though a new installation/delivery date was not set. I asked for a managers assurance we would receive our furniture before paying the balance. Still waiting. No contact yet a week later. I am genuinely worried they are in financial stress.

Believe the bad reviews - worst shopping experience I’ve ever encountered.Paid thousands upfront for my outdoor lounge that was delivered 6 months late. Very little communication to advise on the delay, and a massive cluster of miscommunication or ZERO communication during delivery. Multiple false delivery dates whereby no one told me delivery was changed. I took time off work waiting for a delivery that was never happening.No one answers their customer service phone or email address.I feel grateful my order finally arrived, and the pieces match each other (unlike other examples when reading stories on here) albeit my white outdoor lounge was dirty inside the packaging. No one to speak to about it. No one answering email or phone. Finally threatened reporting to ACCC & was then given a $200 refund and a cleaning company to clean the dirty lounge. My requests for replacement were ignored.The quality does not match the price tag. The sales pitch of “outdoor fabric that repels anything” is inaccurate. If I have any issues with my purchase, I know there is no one to contact. Received no invoice or instructions for cleaning when lounge arrived.Do not believe the 5 star reviews. They appear fake / too good to be true. Coco Republic is a scam.

We purchased a dining table from coco republic around the same time we got a couch from King Living and while they both appear to be high end; Coco is another level. The service in the showroom was fantastic but the after sales service is where these guys took it to the next level for us.No issues with holding the table longer, didn't even hassle us once. Then the delivery experience- I don't think I have ever seen anyone take more care in delivering an item than the coco republic guys did with our table.Despite that there was a small chip on the table but they sent out a master craftsman to repair it within a few days and the communication and service throughout was unbelievably professional. I say unbelievably because our experience with King which operates at a similar price point was rubbish.Will definitely shop with Coco again. You get what you pay for, and these guys are worth every cent!

Had quite a positive experience with the sales team instore. Found the chairs we were after and were happy to find our chairs in stock so only 2 week wait………..Happy days ………… apparently not…… feeling like we got hoodwinked a bit so they got the sale. logistics in dealing with this company to get the chairs was an absolute disaster. I’m really unsure if it couldn't have been more difficult. I mean how hard is it . To arrange a date to pick furniture in stock at a big warehouse ? Wife spent hours on phone . Well it appears difficult! Logistics on day pretty simple, reasonably friendly staff . The Fit and finish look ok. The funny thing all other customer names on our chairs out of 12 only 3 had our name so I know what happened to our last ones ( given to others) I mean this company could be great . The just can’t deliver in the back end customer service and logistics! What a shame as we do love the products…… just left a bad experience and don’t think we will shop there again.
