First time visiting these ladies and I am very happy with their service. I called with a possible concern and they fitted me in an hours time after the call.Checked him over fully, gave him all his up to date shots and given the all clear. Definitely will come back.

Not customer focused. Money focused. Want u to confirm a sms that has no time or date included. I feel the 2 vets i have consulted with were not fully licensed and i got the impression they were students unsure of themselves and the symptoms they were assessing.

Both times I’ve brought my pets, a cat and then dog, the vets have been absolutely amazing & don’t rush whilst explaining everything to you. They’re very reasonably priced as well! Hanan and Mia will definitely be back.

Over priced consultation only to receive an overpriced quote. Your business is disappointing. And costly. If you don't like reviews such as this, adjust your pricing. What is this about second opinions? I came in to ask if a small lump could be removed from my old dog without anaesthesia. Your vet told me immediately that was not possible, at which point as I far as I was concerned we were done. Your vet asked why and I replied simply that it wasn't necessary. Your vet then said since I'm there she would give me a quote. I then sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a quote, for which I was charged $65 dollars. I am not wealthy. I have very little experience with vets but this experience was very unsatisfactory.Furthermore, dealing with customer feedback with a response such as this is just bad practice.
