Our car was rear-ended in an accident recently. This being the first time we had been involved in an motor accident in Australia, we made the mistake of making a claim against our own insurer with whom we had a comprehensive car insurance.Our insurer refused to repair it, insisting instead on declaring it a total loss, with a payout to us that we felt was well below what our car was worth.Our insurer also told us that if we insisted on keeping our car, they would not pay us any compensation whatsoever, ie we would be fully responsible for the cost of repairs. Moreover, even after repairs at our own cost, they would not insure our car anymore.We felt we had a gun held to our heads.A casual introduction to Hing Cheong Profinish set in motion actions that not only saw our car repaired (carried out and coordinated by Hing Cheong Profinish) at virtually no cost to ourselves, but also with a courtesy car provided during the period our car was in the workshop, and an introduction to an insurance broker who arranged for our car to be insured at a lower premium for a higher value than offered by our then-insurer.Our case was handled from end to end almost entirely by Hak and Julie at Hing Cheong Profinish, with patience, care and professionalism.If not for them, we would have lost our car.

The place here did an excellent job on my car after my car was significantly dented, also vacuumed my car on the inside which was a bonus, very competitive with their pricing, if you cannot deal with insurance companies, always come here to Hing Cheong, you will not be disappointed.

I received truly amazing 5-star service from Hak who fit me into his busy schedule to urgently re-fit a front bumper that had half fallen off. In and out in 15mins, no time wasted. Great job! My Car Mechanic recommended me to the ProFinish Accident Repair Centre to have my damaged Peugeot fixed. He personally sends all his cars there.I called in and met Hak and his wife Julie who were helpful and friendly and after talking to Hak I discerned that this repairer could do the job that I was hoping for.He booked my car in and I picked up the loan car on the same day which was greatly appreciated.I picked up my clean car which was successfully repaired to a high standard and attention to detail was paid. They do take pride in their work. I can now also recommend this repairer to others. They also repair luxury, top of the range cars so they must be good!21/4/2016

Hak and Julie at Hing Cheong Profinish have always been great to deal with. Friendly, professional, helpful and no BS! I've been taking my cars and my family's cars to Hak for over a decade and a half, as I simply will not take my car to any other repairer. Always top notch work and reasonably priced considering their high standard of work. From the respray of my S15 in Lamborghini Grigio Telesto to major or even minor repairs, I can't recommend Hing Cheong enough! Recently our new (to us) BMW got rear ended in the rain, repair process was smooth and seamless as always, hire car waiting for us when we dropped it off. The paint quality and finish on the rear bumper where it was repaired is even better than BMW factory! Genuinely can't even tell the rear was hit now. Thanks again Hak and Julie, always great to deal with ... I've lost track how many cars I've had repaired over the years with Hing Cheong, but I do not hesitate when I need a repair or quote, they will always be my preferred repairer.
