Five Stars are not enough to express the high level of customer service from Simon today at the Cottesloe branch of Cartridge World. Mine was a ph order (as I am currently unwell with the dreaded Covid and in isolation) therefore I needed delivery and was more than happy to pay for it.Simon kindly dropped the cartridges into my mailbox on his way home.Simply the best.....May our printers always need the Simons of this world, for they make it a much better place.

We live in Fremantle but will detour to go to Cartridge World in Cottesloe. The owner Simon is alway happy to help we have followed this great business from Mosman Park to Cottesloe. When buying a printer, working out how to use it, or buying replacement inks, it's a pleasure to deal with him. Highly recommended!

After good experiences in the past with Cartridge World in Rockingham, I thought I'd try the Cottesloe branch having moved into the area — and I wasn't disappointed.Initial contact with Simon over the phone was very helpful as he asked me questions to work out what the problem was — my el cheapo toner cartridges needed replacing.And secondary contact in person at the store was excellent. Simon replaced my problematic toner cartridges with quality ones, offered good price for them all.Great customer service. Thanks!

This is a fine example of a small business with exemplary service. It's one of my favourite stores in Western Australia. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner Simon whether it's buying a printer, working out how to use it, sorting out any challenges, buying original or replacement inks, buying copy paper...... tt's a pleasure to deal with him.
